Get started today and let the Direct Repairs app take the hassle out of managing your repairs and maintenance requests

AGENT DASHBOARD

 

Any new repair request submitted by your tenants arrives in the 'New Repair Requests' area. You will then receive an email to notify you that a new job has arrived. Simply click on the icon to view the new repair request which will show all the necessary details including a short video or photo of the problem.

 

Once you're happy with the enquiry, you can then send this directly to a contractor, the landlord or even tender for quotes.

 

The job will then be progressed to the 'Open Repair Requests' area and once its complete. its stored in the 'Completed Requests'.

TENANT DASHBOARD

 

When each tenant creates an account they simply enter their unique agent code and the accounts are linked.

 

When they need to report a maintenance problem they simply click 'New Repair Request' and are presented with a number of safety questions. They then complete the in app request form, including recording a short video or photo, once they click submit it's then sent to the agents dashboard.

 

Once the job is accepted by the agent, the tenants job will then appear in the 'Open Repair Requests' and they are kept up to date on the progress.

WEB PORTAL

 

The web portal allows you to log in via a laptop or desktop computer and receive all the updates submitted via the Android and iOS apps.

This provides you a total solution to maintenance requests, whether you're in the office, doing visits or providing out of hours cover.
